Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, melt butter on medium. Saute mushrooms, zucchini, leek, garlic and thyme for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Season to taste.
Add sauce to pasta, tossing well to coat. Transfer to casserole dish. Combine breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over top.
Bake 10-15 minutes, until topping is golden.
Cook meat and onion until meat is no longer pink.
Add seasonings, tomatoes, okra and mushrooms, cover and cook on low for approximately 30 minutes.
We like this spicy, so I usually add more cajun seasoning than this recipe calls for.
Also, the longer this sits, the better it gets.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.

Layer spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, cheese, and onions.
Continue to layer until dish is filled.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (covered).
Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Total baking time is 1 hour.
