Creamy Baked Spaghetti With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz spaghetti
    3 tbsp butter
    9 oz mushrooms, sliced
    1 None large zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
    1 None leek, trimmed, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 tsp thyme
    1 1/4 cups cream
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1.75 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
    Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, melt butter on medium. Saute mushrooms, zucchini, leek, garlic and thyme for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Season to taste.
    Add sauce to pasta, tossing well to coat. Transfer to casserole dish. Combine breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over top.
    Bake 10-15 minutes, until topping is golden.
