Baked Spaghetti With Feta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g spaghetti
    1 None chicken breast (about 120g)
    1 None red pepper, cut into strips
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes, crushed
    1 small stalk fresh rosemary, leaves removed
    80 g feta cheese, cut into pieces
    1 tbsp black olives
Preparation
    Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water for about 8 minutes then drain. Meanwhile, heat half the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for about 10 minutes. Add the pepper strips, the crushed chilli and seasoning, then fry for a another 5 minutes. Add the rosemary, and stir for a few seconds. Remove the chicken from the pan, and cut into slices. Toss the chicken, peppers and pasta together in the spaghetti pan and turn into a baking dish. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the pasta, then drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0F for about 5 minutes. Serve with the olives sprinkled over the top.
