Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Sprinkle pepper (lemon pepper) and salt evenly over fillets. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle fish evenly with the minced garlic. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; sprinkle evenly with dill. Bake an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
While fish bakes, combine sour cream and capers in a small bowl. Place fish on a serving plate. Serve with sour cream mixture and lemon wedges.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees& spray large baking dish with cooking spray.
Rub the fillets on both sides with lemon juice, then salt and pepper them to taste.
Place the fillets in the baking dish& completely dab with butter.

Saute onion and pepper in margarine until half done.
Add white sauce and shrimp; set aside.
Put heavy foil in baking pan. Lay flounder on foil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread white sauce mixture over fish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven at 425\u00b0F.
Lay out fish fillets, in single layer, in greased baking dish. Set aside.
In a bowl combine garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, basil, oregano and parsley. Mix together well.
Add melted butter and olive oil to crumb mixture and combine well. It will become mealy.
Sprinkle crumbs all on top of each fish fillet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish is cooked and topping is golden in color.
Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.
Serve.

Place fish on the sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, depending upon thickness, testing with a fork to see if done. As soon as the fish becomes slightly opaque, they are done.
In the meantime, mix the sauce ingredients and test for seasoning. Top the fillets with the sauce once the fish has cooled a minute after coming out of the oven.
