Baked Flounder With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt, divided
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 lb flounder fillets
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Coat a 7\" x 11\" baking dish with cooking spray.
    Place tomatoes in bottom of prepared dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
    Place flounder evenly over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano, oil, and bread crumbs.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
