In a large frypan or Dutch oven, melt butter. Saute crab meat, shrimp, scallops and onions about 10 minutes until onions are translucent.
Add milk, cream of shrimp soup and wine.
Heat thoroughly and then add the peas.

Serve over rice or thin noodles.
This recipe is very easy, yet tastes special. Serves 6.
Cook rice in water with salt.
Bring to boil and remove from heat.
Let set, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir a few times. Saute chuck.
Drain excess fat and return to frypan.
Add salt and pepper.
Add onion and green pepper.
Mix.
Then add tomato soup and mix well.
Pour over rice (when done) in casserole dish. Blend well and serve with hot rolls or soft bread sticks.
Boil carcass and strip meat off bones.
Add all other ingredients and cook until tender.
