Turkey Cabbage Soup(Easy, Delicious, Healthy!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, peeled and chopped
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 1/4 lb. or more green cabbage, cored and chopped
    3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
    2 to 3 ribs celery, chopped
    1 bouillon cube (optional)
    salt to taste (optional)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown the turkey with the onion, breaking meat into small bits. Drain off any fat.
    Add the tomato juice, cabbage, carrots, celery, bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat.
    Cover the pan and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    If the soup gets too thick, add a little water.
