Spanish Rice Casserole(A Filling, Easy Recipe That'S Easy To Make And Kids Like.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    salt and ground pepper (fresh) to taste
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    3 cans Campbell's tomato soup (heat to warm with no water)
Preparation
    Cook rice in water with salt.
    Bring to boil and remove from heat.
    Let set, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir a few times. Saute chuck.
    Drain excess fat and return to frypan.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Mix.
    Then add tomato soup and mix well.
    Pour over rice (when done) in casserole dish. Blend well and serve with hot rolls or soft bread sticks.
