DIRECTIONS FOR TURKEY:
NOTE: Even though you
poultry seasoning, chicken livers, giblets, turkey neck bone, and water.
Combine butter, contents of vegetable/seasoning pouch and stuffing crumbs in 2 qt (2 L) casserole.
Reserve 1 cup (250 mL) of mixture.
Spread remaining stuffing crumbs evenly in bottom of dish.
Blend soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients; spread over stuffing crumbs in pan.
Sprinkle reserved stuffing over top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) for 35 minutes.
Uncover; bake an additional 5 minutes.
*Use 1 package for small casserole.
Use 2 packages for a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In an 8x8 casserole dish, layer broccoli mix and turkey. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the turkey and broccoli mix.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare rice to package directions meantime.
Saute onion and celery in non-stick cooking spray until tender.
Mix in soup, wine, sour cream, spices-let bubble.
Add turkey.
Turn into a 3 quart casserole dish.
Add cooked rice-mix.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.

Use this recipe
Take everything out of the turkey. There will be a giblet
Grease baking dish.
Mix turkey and stuffing together and place in bottom of dish.
Pour gravy/soup over mixture.
Add the broccoli and mushrooms and sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese.
Pour sour cream over the casserole.
Top with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered with foil.
Remove foil and put Cheddar cheese over dish and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Mix soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables and turkey in a 3-qt shallow baking dish.
Heat water and margarine to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
Add stuffing and mix lightly.
Spoon stuffing over turkey mixture.
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until hot.
Marinade or Brine your Turkey for at leat 8-12 hours
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 9X13 dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Break tortillas into pieces on bottom of pan.
Layer turkey slices over tortillas.
In a large mixing bowl, combine green chilies, black olives, corn, cilantro and cheese. Pour over turkey layer.
In same bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic and pepper. Pour over cheese layer.

Line a big picnic cooler with a food grade plastic bag.
Boil water and salt together until all salt is dissolved and cool in fridge several hours.
Wash turkey inside and out and place into cooler. Add your optional add-ins to the cooled brine and cover turkey with ice and pour brine over all. Let turkey brine overnight making sure the cooler stays closed and adding ice if needed.
Rinse bird and continue with your recipe . Your turkey will be moist, flavorful and tender!
Warm gravy, then mix all ingredients, except Parmesan.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
