Leftover Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. giblet gravy
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked as directed and drained
Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. diced turkey (including crumbs, fat removed)
Preparation

Warm gravy, then mix all ingredients, except Parmesan.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
This recipe can be increased by either placing all of this on top of frozen spinach souffle or by adding a package of frozen peas and carrots to the mixture.
