Hot Curried Tuna Sandwiches

Preheat the oven's broiler.
In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, celery, green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Spoon equal amounts onto each English muffin half, and top with a slice of cheese. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and toasty. Serve hot.

Freezer Tuna Sandwiches

Beat cream cheese and Miracle Whip till smooth. Stir in tuna, onion, carrot and lemon juice until well blended.
Spread butter thinly on each piece of bread.
Use 1/4 of the tuna mixture on each sandwich.
Freeze individually.

Open-Faced Tuna Sandwiches

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Spread on toasted bread. Use Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese on top.
Place oven on broil. Place sandwiches 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Toasted Tuna Sandwiches

Combine tuna, celery, green pepper, relish, lemon juice, mayo and cheese.
Spread evenly on 6 slices bread and cover with remaining slices.
Combine eggs and milk.
Melt butter in skillet. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
Turn so both sides are coated. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
Makes 6 servings.
