Open Face Tuna Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices buttered toast
    1 can tuna
    onion, chopped or sliced
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Layer first 4 ingredients in order (tuna on toast, with the onion over tuna and the eggs over onion).
    Mix the soup, milk, parsley and lemon juice together.
    Pour over sandwiches and broil 5 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 sandwiches.
