Open-Faced Tuna Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Spread on toasted bread. Use Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese on top.
    Place oven on broil. Place sandwiches 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
