Top Ramen Crunch Cabbage Salad

The night before, mix together vinegar, salad oil, sugar and flavoring packets from Top Ramen.
Mix well and refrigerate. Shake anytime you open the door.
Shred together in large bowl cabbages and carrot.
Add onions.
Place in refrigerator to cool (a big time saver tip is to use one 16-ounce package cole slaw mix in place of cabbage and carrot).
In a small bowl place almonds, sunflower seeds and Top Ramen noodles (broken up).
When ready to serve, toss all together.

Chicken Ramen Salad

Brown almonds, sesame seed and sunflower seeds in 2 tablespoons oil.
Chop cabbage, green onion and bell pepper fine. Mix all together.
Add Top Ramen (uncooked), broken into small pieces.

Prepare vegetables: shred cabbage, slice onions (including stems), grate carrots, use uncooked frozen peas, dice celery and drain water chestnuts.

Combine crumbled Top Ramen noodles, sesame seed, almonds, cabbage, onions and green peppers.
Mix well.
Add oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and chicken packet from Top Ramen noodles. Mix well.
Set in refrigerator for 2 or more hours until noodles are soft.
Can stir occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds onto a baking sheet.
Bake noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds in the preheated oven until fragrant and toasted, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Combine coleslaw mix and green onions in a large bowl. Pour cooled noodle mixture over the top.
Whisk olive oil, reserved ramen seasoning packets, vinegar, sugar, and black pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth. Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss to coat.

Set aside Top Ramen soup and slivered almonds. Mix the rest of the ingredients for dressing; mix with cabbage. Just before serving, add soup mix and slivered almonds.

Mix flavor packet, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil together for dressing. Mix all together and serve.

Mix in the dressing (oil, red wine vinegar, seasoning pack to Top Ramen, garlic salt and pepper).
Mix all together.
