Top Ramen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    3 to 4 green onions
    1 pkg. Top Ramen (chicken) *
    2 carrots
    1 c. petite peas
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/4 c. distilled vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 small bell pepper (optional)
    bamboo shoots (optional)
    sprouts, etc. (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables: shred cabbage, slice onions (including stems), grate carrots, use uncooked frozen peas, dice celery and drain water chestnuts.
    Toss together.
    Add chopped, cooked chicken (2 cans prepared).
    Break up Ramen (uncooked) in small pieces, using handle of knife before opening package.
