For the marinade, combine all ingrediants in a blender
Pre-heat oven to 350*.
Roll Cube steak in Oven Fry.
Place on Baking Stone or Cookie Sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until juices are clear.
Turn once.
Right before taking out of oven prepare gravy as directed on package.
Place steak in oven ready pan.
Spread A.1. steak sauce over all.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over steak.
Spread mushroom soup on top of all; cover tightly with cover or foil.
Let bake for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
This makes its own gravy.
Brown and delicious.

You can roast the steak in dry heat in the oven, if you desire.
Roast at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Wipe steak dry.
Combine butter, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
Spread butter mixture on both sides of steak.
Press crumbs firmly onto steak on both sides.
Place in brown grocery type bag.
Close with paper clips. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Slide onto carving board.
Carve into 1/4-inch diagonal slices to serve.
Preheat broiler.
Mix together rub and rub onto steak.
Broil steak in oven (about 4 inches from the heating element) approximately 6 minutes per side for medium rare In food processor, place all ingredients for chimichurri sauce and pulse until finely chopped.
When steak is ready, remove from oven and transfer to a cutting board.
Let cool approximately 5 minutes, then slice thinly on the diagonal.
Serve immediately with the chimichurri sauce.

TO MARINATE STEAK: Place the steak in a large dish or baking
Cut steak into serving pieces and place in baking pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour over steak.
Cover and bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
If desired, may add potatoes at same time; slice potatoes in half.

Remove meat; saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
Add sour cream and stir well.

Prepare steak as for frying.
Brown in small amount of oil. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish with Pam.
Cover bottom of dish with sliced onions.
Place browned steak on onions.
Cover with mushroom soup.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove foil for last 1/2 hour of baking time.
Salt, pepper and flour steak.
Place in iron skillet frying on medium heat.
Drain well.
After frying all meat, drain off excess grease if any.
Place small onion rings into pan and brown.
Add 1/2 cup plain flour, stirring as you add salt and pepper to taste. Add water or milk to desired consistency of gravy you like.
Place all meat into deep baking dish.
Pour gravy over meat.
Cover and place in oven for 1 hour on 200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0.
Serve over rice.
Steak will be tender and tasty.
Flour the steak. Brown in heavy pan for use in oven. After steak is browned, fill pan with water above steak. When water boils, sprinkle flour into boiling water until thickened for gravy. Steak is done when tender.
Dip steak into flour and then brown in oil.
Mix milk and soup together in a bowl.
Layer steak and soup in a casserole dish, putting remaining soup on top.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Place steak in oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.

Sprinkle steak with salt, garlic and tenderizer.
Place uncut aluminum foil in baking dish.
Put mushroom soup over, spreading out as much as possible. Fold foil over and seal.
Cook in oven at about 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0, depending on cooking time.
If you have the time, let it cook slowly for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
Make a paste of garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; spread mixture over steak on all sides.
Press crumbs firmly on both sides of steak.
Place steak in a brown bag and close with a skewer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes for rare (approximately 15 minutes per pound).
