For Cake:.

For the chicken meatballs, place the
il, rosemary, cumin, lemon and orange peels, garlic, salt, pepper and

rom the heat. Let stand for 5 mins. Remove and discard
Drain oranges and pineapple (I like the oranges whole) and mix together.
Mix Cool Whip and cottage cheese and gently stir in dry jello until blended.
Then mix both mixes together and chill.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex or two smaller ones.
This makes a big congealed salad.
If you like orange taste you'll love it.
Can be cut in half for 1 or 2 people.
Mix gelatin with hot water.
Stir in undiluted orange juice. Cool.
Add mandarin oranges and pineapple to gelatin mixture. Pour in 8 x 12-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
Top with the topping.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add orange juice, crushed pineapple and part of the orange slices.
Save some slices for top.
Let set.
Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add orange juice and stir until melted.
Add pineapple and oranges.
Let congeal. Dissolve pudding in one cup cold milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread on top of congealed salad.
Combine all ingredients.
Chill.
Will keep well in refrigerator for several days.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add orange juice concentrate and fruits.
Mix well and pour into a 13 x 9-inch dish. Refrigerate until set.
Mix cottage cheese, Cool Whip and orange jello until thoroughly mixed.
Add 2 cans of mandarin oranges (drained) and stir until well blended into mixture.
Stir in miniature marshmallows.
Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
Put cup of boiling water in jello.
Add 16 cut up orange peanuts.
Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water. Put in refrigerator until it starts to set. Pour in bowl pineapple, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Mix well.
Put in refrigerator.
Sprinkle orange Jello on Cool Whip.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Put Jell-O, water, pineapple and juice and sugar in saucepan.
Cook to boil and Jell-O dissolves.
Cool until almost set and add Cool Whip.
Put in bowl of flat dish and garnish with chopped nuts, if desired, may also garnish with orange peel.
Cooking time would be refrigeration time. I normally leave mine until the next day.
For the Vinaigrette:
Place orange juice in a small nonreactive
ime; beat until thick. Add orange juice and peel; blend until
oat in marinade. Cover; refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
