Refrigerate cookie dough for 1 hour.
Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until done, depending on your oven.

Thank goodness we were biking our way through the San Juan Islands when we found this recipe for a local delicacy at the tourist office in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.

For each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons
For the dry mix: Combine all
Mix all wet ingredients and combine with dry ingredients. If raisins are use, plump by letting raisins sit in warm water for 10 minutes. May add more cinnamon to taste.
Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Place in refrigerator overnight for oatmeal to dissolve into liquid.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Top with brown sugar and milk when served.
Combine everything except for oatmeal.
Boil mixture 1 1/2 minutes or until ball forms in cold water.
Then add oatmeal and spoon drop onto wax paper.
Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.
Mix all ingredients well.
Let stand for oatmeal to soak up moisture.
If more moisture is needed, use canned milk.
Fry slowly in either olive oil or canola oil.
Cover with gravy made from mushroom soup, celery soup and one cup of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Make recipe for 2 pie crusts.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer ham, then onion, then Swiss cheese over pie crust.
Mix eggs, cream and spices.
Pour over layered pie crust.
