Mushroom Oatmeal Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, minced
    1 c. mushrooms, minced
    2 1/2 c. oatmeal
    3 eggs
    1 vegetable cube
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, sage, paprika, Italian seasoning, white pepper and basil
    1 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Let stand for oatmeal to soak up moisture.
    If more moisture is needed, use canned milk.
    Fry slowly in either olive oil or canola oil.
    Cover with gravy made from mushroom soup, celery soup and one cup of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
