Mix Lea & Perrins chicken marinade, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, sun-dried tomato, garlic, and basil leaves into a bowl.
Place chicken in a zipper type plastic bag.
Pour marinade over chicken.
Remove as much air as possible.
Let sit in marinade for 3 hours, or even overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Place on a grill heated to medium heat.
Pour a little of the bag marinade on each chicken piece; discard the rest.
Grill until done.

Prepare marinade by placing mustard in a
b>chicken cubes in the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade
In a mixing bowl, whisk together HP Sauce, wine, oil, worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Place chicken in a dish, pour marinade over, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
After marinating is done, drain off marinade and grill or broil chicken until done.
If desired, place marinade in a small pot, bring to a boil, let boil for 2 minutes, then use as a basting sauce for chicken (do not use straight from the fridge as there is a danger of bacteria; boil first).

Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in bowl or zipper
Marinade chicken in prepared sauce.
Heat pan. When hot, put in 5 tbsp oil and fry sliced onions and garlic.
Add chicken only. Keep remaining marinade sauce.
Add sauce and marinade sauce. Cover to cook over medium or low heat.
Uncover and add chili to cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
Put all marinade ingrediantsin a large ziplock bag. Mix well.
Add chicken breasts.
For a mild flavour, leave for 30 minutes. For more intensity, leave up to 4 hours but no longer.
Heat up grill to medium high.
Cook breasts, with lid closed for about 7 (7 1/2) minutes per side.

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour over 4, 6 to 8 ounce chicken breasts.
Let marinade in refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours.
Remove from marinade and discard.
Grill chicken for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side.

Heat a grill to medium-high. Chicken is easiest grilled if you brush vegetable oil liberally on the grill first so it doesn't stick.
Grill, with lid down for 7 to 7 1/2 minutes per side.

Combine pineapple juice and next 4 ingredients for marinade. Marinate chicken for at l east 1 hour.

Place kabobs on broiler grid. Brush kabobs with marinade broil under flame 10 to 12 minutes, turning and basting several times while broiling. Serve over rice, if desired.

heat the oil in a wok.
add ginger & garlic and sweat it for a minute.
add chicken & stir fry it for 5-8 minutes.
take it off the flame & then put in the stock, ketchup, sugar, tobasco, green chilli, MSG, salt, black pepper.
in a small cup mix together the corn flour & water.
put the wok back on the heat & cook for 5 minutes.
add the corn flour paste n cook for 2 more minutes.
you can add a little red food color to brighten it up.
TO PREPARE AHEAD:
Slice chicken across the grain into pieces
Combine all ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
Place chicken in marinade overnight.
Grill chicken, basting with marinade until done.
Marinade chicken in the morning if cooking for dinner.
Place 10 slices of young ginger on top of chicken and steam in a steamer for 30 minutes.
Whisk together all ingredients.
Pour over chicken. (I used 5 boneless chicken thighs).
Marinate at least 4 hours. Do not marinate over 24 hours.
Cooking Options: Grill, Broil, cut meat into small strips and saute.
Combine first 6 ingredients for marinade. Marinate chicken about 8 hours. Cook chicken on grill, basting with marinade, or broil or bake in oven. Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes.
