Season pork roast liberally on all sides with
Put pork roast in crock pot; mix the next 7 ingredients together in a bowl and pour over pork roast. Arrange vegetables around the roast. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole dish in the crock pot. Put lid on and set crock pot to LOW for 7-8 hours.
You can also put this together and start at lunch time by turning on high for 4 hours and it will be ready when you get home!

Microwave water and bouillon cubes together until cubes have dissolved. Turn Crock pot onto high. Place pork roast into bottom of crock pot and add bouillon water over top.
Place peeled and cut carrots into the bouillon in the crock pot, cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours. 1/2 hour to 1 hour before you are ready to eat add the jar of apricot jelly over the pork roast, cover and continue to cook.
Serve with rolls and a salad.
The apricot flavoring makes the carrots more like a dessert than a vegetable.

Place onion slices in the bottom of a crock pot.
Brown pork roast in a skillet on all sides.
Place roast on onion slices.
In a bowl, mix apricot preserves with horseradish sauce; pour over roast in crock pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Pour sauerkraut over pork roast.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown sugar over the pork and sauerkraut.
Pour the water over everything.
Cook on low for 24 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
Layer 1/2 of the sauerkraut, 1/2 of the onion slices, sprinkle 1/2 of the caraway seeds and 1/2 of the apples on the bottom of the crock pot.

7. Cook on high for 5 hours or low all day until roast is tender.
