For the casserole: If you're using meat, brown it, drain the fat, add a little water & add taco seasoning. I've done it with or without meat - it's good both ways. Add all other ingredients to pan & heat those up. Dump in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
For the Cornbread Topping: Mix together liquids, and then add dry ingredients. Dump this on top of the bean mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Brown and drain ground beef, onion and green pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients until moistened.
Pour 1/2 mixture in greased casserole.
Top with beef.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese.
Top with other half of cornbread mixture.
Double recipe for 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Add chili mix; place hamburger and corn in bottom of casserole dish.
Spread Cheez Whiz on top of hamburger.
In separate bowl, mix cornbread adding corn.
Spread this mixture on top of hamburger mixture and Cheez Whiz.
Bake 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean.
Preheat oven to temperature according to cornbread mix.
Mix Jiffy cornbread mix according to directions for 8x8 pan.
Spray pan with Pam cooking spray.
Spread chili in the bottom of the 8x8 pan, then spread the cornbread batter overtop.
Bake as directed for cornbread.

Mix cornbread mix, eggs, butter, salt, and canned corns.
Pour corn bread mixture into prepared 9X13 inch casserole.

Bake at 350\u00b0F until done, 45 minutes, until bread at the edges begin to brown.
