Brown in skillet, ground beef, olive oil, parsley, onion and garlic.
Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer for 1/2 hour or more.
Add lasagna noodles to 6 quarts of salted, boiling water; cook for 15 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Drain. Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
Arrange in a baking dish with lasagna first, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Brown beef in saucepan; drain.
Add taco mix and 1 cup water, stir and simmer 20 minutes.
Cover the bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish with crushed Doritos.
Layer on top of Doritos the chopped peppers, tomatoes, onions, beef and cheeses.
Sprinkle top with crushed Doritos.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with taco sauce.

Place 1 tortilla on pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Spread refried beans 1/4 -inch thick over tortilla.
Cover with another shell.
Spread taco meat over shell. Add another shell.
Cover with layer of sour cream, lettuce, tomato and olives.
Add shell.
Pour on salsa and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cut like pie and serve.
Serves 6.

Taco Lasagna

Brown ground beef; drain.
Mix in taco seasoning by directions.
Mix enchilada sauce and taco sauce in bowl.
Dip tortillas in sauce on both sides.
Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: tortilla, ground beef, cheese, sour cream and tomatoes.
Do this twice.
Top last tortilla with cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
