Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

coat the cutlets in the nutritional yeast and fry on both sides until light golden borwn. Set aside.
Slice mushrooms and chop onion. Saute toghether in small amount of oil until onions are soft and mushrooms are cooked.
Mix together the sour cream and mushroom soup. Add 1/2 the can of juice from the steaks and mix well.
Add the mushrooms and onions.
Put the cutlets in a 9x13 dish overlapping the ends.
Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the cutlets.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add meatless ground burger, water and spices.
Mix well and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and water is absorbed.
Use this mixture to replace the seasoned ground beef in any of your favorite Mexican recipes!
Another note* One can use 1 cup of TVP in place of the soy crumbles or Boca. You might need a bit more that 1 cup of water to keep mixture from getting too dry.

read slices or halve the dinner rolls. Add cheese slices.

Mix all ingredients well.
Put into baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Cool for at least 3 hours or overnight before attempting to slice.
Put diced tomatoes and taco seasoning mix into a pan on medium-low heat.
Rinse the diced tomato can with 1/4 cup water and add that to pan.
Stir taco mix in thoroughly.
Add the Prime Grillers Crumbles and the corn, and stir occasionally until heated through.
Add the beans and stir just until heated.
While mixture is heating, rinse and pat or spin dry the lettuce, and tear it into bite-size pieces.
Pile the lettuce onto plates, and top with taco mixture.
Top with grated cheese if desired.

Prepare dinner as directed on package.
Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Cook macaroni dinner as directed on box.

Soak the beans overnight, then drain.

Put in slow cooker.
Add the potatoes, carrots, beans, bay leaf and paprika.
Dissolve the soup mix in 1 cup of the hot water and add to the vegetables with the remaining 3 cups of water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover tightly and cook on low 18-24 hours.
Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
Makes four very generous servings.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of an 8 x 10-inch glass Pyrex.
Spread vegetarian chili over cream cheese.
Spread cheese over chili.
Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Separate triangles of dinner rolls.
Place 7 triangles in quiche dish or 9-inch pie pan.
Bring together to form crust. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Handle crab meat gently.
Pour into crust.
Roll out remaining dinner rolls and cut in strips.
Place on top to form top crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 60 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
Roll out crescent rolls into 4 rectangular shapes (instead of 8 triangles).
Spread with your favorite flavor of mustard.
Top with your choice of thin sliced deli meats, then top with grated cheddar cheese.
Roll up jellyroll fashion - cut into 5 slices. Bake according to directions on dinner roll pkg.
Makes 20 snacks. These are quick to make and freeze easily.
