Vegetarian Dinner Cut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans Loma Linda dinner cuts, chopped fine
    3 carrots, shredded
    1 medium size sweet potato, shredded
    3 large onions, chopped fine
    4 stalks celery, chopped fine
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. each: thyme, sage and parsley
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put into baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Cool for at least 3 hours or overnight before attempting to slice.
