Place red pepper flakes and garlic into a frying pan and add meat. I don't add any oil for beef, because it produces enough grease, but for chicken, I add one tablespoon cooking oil. Cook over medium high until meat is fully cooked.
Drain grease from meat.
Mix beef stock and hot water and mix until the stock is disolved. Add to meat. Add all other ingredients, stir well, and allow to simmer down until the sauce is thick enough to serve with tacos.
Wash corned beef under cold water and put

Place beef pieces and cooking liquid, water, bouillon granules and thyme in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add barley, green beans and carrots, stirring to combine.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 12 minutes, or until barley is tender.
Makes 4 servings.

Cook the rice as you would normally (I put it in a rice maker.).
Saute' onion, and cook ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet, (add the beef a few minutes after the onion.) Drain off the fat (I usually rinse it under warm water.).
Return to skillet. Add onion soup mix and water, bring to a boil and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm over rice.
note: The soup mix thickens the water slightly, but it still will have a watery consistency. The extra liquid will soak into the rice and flavor it.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in water, sauce mix, bay leaf, salt, pepper and tomatoes; break up tomatoes with fork.

Melt butter in skillet over low heat.
Slice onion very thin and saute in butter until tender.
Add mushrooms and saute for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Stir beef tips and stir-fry until brown over medium heat.
Add mushroom gravy and stir well.
Add dry onion soup mix. Stir well and add 1 Cup water.
Cook covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
Cut minute steaks into half inch strips, sprinkle them with flour and brown them in oil in a skillet.
Put the browned meat in a 2 1/2 quart casserole with the beef broth, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped onions, sliced celery, peas, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce- Mix well.
Cover the casserole tightly and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, in a 350 degree oven.
Brown and drain ground beef.
Cook and drain noodles, except for about 1 cup.
Mix brown gravy according to directions on package.
Then combine beef, noodles and brown gravy with a little water at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

Turn into small casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Add milk slowly.
Cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
Add
meat sauce.
Serve over biscuit halves or rice, mashed potatoes, corn bread or toast points.
