Quick Creamed Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. Buddig corned beef slices, torn or sliced into strips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. bottled thick meat sauce (like A. 1. or HP)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In
    saucepan
    over
    medium heat, melt butter.
    Add beef strips, cook
    and
    stir
    for a few minutes, until well coated. Stir in flour.
    Add milk slowly.
    Cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
    Add
    meat sauce.
    Serve over biscuit halves or rice, mashed potatoes, corn bread or toast points.
    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
