Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

In a bowl cook the quick oats according to directions and set aside. Cook the oats according the instructions to prevent undercooked oats and excess water.
Make sure to finely chop the chocolate to ensure it blends with the the smoothie. Once chopped finely add the banana and spirulina to the blender and blend until smooth. Finally add the milk and oats and blend everything until smooth. If the consistency is too thick continue to add milk until it becomes the preferred texture.
Put in smoothie machine and blend.

Cook the quick oats according the to instructions to avoid under cooked oats and excess water.
Once cooked add the oats to a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until pureed.
Place oats, chia seeds, and ginger into blender container. Blend until oats are finely ground. Add milk, berries, and honey; blend until berries are pureed and mixture is well combined. If thicker, colder smoothie is desired, add 2 to 3 ice cubes and blend until smooth.

Add hot sauce of choice to jar of apple jelly to taste.
Add more if you want it hotter.

Makes a delicious, quick, easy snack.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Set aside.
Place frozen vegetables in a bowl and cover with water.
Place noodles in another bowl and cover with hot water.
After vegetables have separated and thawed, drain.
Tear noodles into 4 pieces or just separate them, leave in bowl for a few more minutes, then drain.
Brown meat in oil.
Add drained vegetables and noodles.
Stir together; then add first 5 ingredients which you have set aside.
Stir until sauce thickens and vegetables are done.
Butterfly pork lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through; press open to flatten.
Place pork in large plastic food storage bag; pour in Kikkoman Quick& Easy Marinade.
Press air out of bag; close top securely.

Prepare Easy Chunky Guacamole: Halve, seed, peel
Bring water and salt to a boil in a small saucepan; cook onions in the boiling water until just tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup water in saucepan, and return onions to pan. Add butter to onions.
Mix milk and quick-mixing flour together in a bowl; add to onion mixture. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in more quick-mixing flour if mixture is too thin.
