Boil unpeeled potatoes just long enough so potatoes are easy to peel.
Peel potatoes.
Slice into half or quarter pieces.
Season with Morton Nature's Seasons.
Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 until brown.

Shredding potatoes is easy compared to shredding carrots but they do discolor.
Put them in cool water and then drain.
Mix them with salt, pepper and onion and pour half and half over to just barely cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until done.

Rinse and dry sweet potatoes well.

In casserole dish, layer potatoes, kraut, sausage, sour cream- repeating until all ingredients are used up.
Bake in 350 over for approximately 1 hour, or may be microwaved til thoroughly heated thru.

Just cook -- Nothing more. In a medium saute pan saute the butter and olive oil too to get the potatoes nice and brown. I like to pan saute just until lightly brown, they should take 5-8 minutes on medium high. The last minute I add the garlic, seasoning and any other OPTIONS (roasted peppers, pimento, sauteed bacon or scallions) if you desire. You can also add extra butter at this point if you want really buttery potatoes with a little sauce.

Saute onion with bacon in skillet, stirring until bacon is crisp. Drain. Combine with potatoes in greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour soup over top.
Mix gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
