Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shredded potatoes to fill 3/4 (2-quart) casserole (frozen hash brown patties can be used)
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
half and half coffee cream
shredded or cut up cheese (optional, but cut down on salt)
Preparation

Shredding potatoes is easy compared to shredding carrots but they do discolor.
Put them in cool water and then drain.
Mix them with salt, pepper and onion and pour half and half over to just barely cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until done.
Serves 6.
