Detroit Kielbasa, Kraut And Potatoes - Too Easy! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, boiled in skins or microwaved til tender , sliced
1 lb kielbasa, sliced
8 -16 ounces sour cream
8 -16 ounces sauerkraut
Preparation

In casserole dish, layer potatoes, kraut, sausage, sour cream- repeating until all ingredients are used up.
Bake in 350 over for approximately 1 hour, or may be microwaved til thoroughly heated thru.
