Put Boston butt roast in crock-pot.
Fill halfway with water. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until very tender.
Spray 4-quart crock pot with cooking spray, or use a crock pot liner!
Salt and pepper the ribs on both sides; place into crock pot.
Add lime juice, zest, minced garlic, and minced chili pepper.
Sprinkle raw sugar over all.
Cover with lid and crock on HIGH for 4 1/2 hours, or until fork tender.

Season pork ribs with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Mix condensed soup, Lipton soup mix (zaar wanted a size, but I'm not sure how much is in one envelope), and pork gravy in crock pot.
Place ribs in crock pot. Layer on whole carrots and sliced mushrooms.
Cover with lid and cook on low heat 8-10 hours.
I like to cook mine a long time so they fall apart in the crock pot.

Brown Country Style Pork Ribs in Margarine or Butter. Mix everything and cook in a Crock Pot on High for 3-4 hours. Reduce heat to low for the last hour.
Chicken can be used in lieu of Pork.
Use the sauce as gravy on mashed potatoes.
Trim fat from ribs and salt and pepper to taste.
Place ribs in crock pot and add water (just enough to cover).
Cook on low heat 6 to 7 hours or until tender, drain.
Place cooked ribs on broiler pan and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Brush ribs with 1/2 the sauce and broil until brown.
Turn ribs and brush with remaining sauce and broil until brown.
Sauce: Combine Russian dressing and pineapple juice and mix well.
Place ribs in crock Pot, sprinkle with soup mix and add mushroom soup.
Turn crock pot to low, cover and cook for 12 hours.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, peas and a big green salad for a fabulous meal.
