- For this recipe I used a 6-qt
br>Marinate each 3\" thick pork chop overnight in the cooled marinade
Cut bones and fat from pork chop and cut meat into small pieces. Place bone, fat, and meat in a saucepan; add water, onion, chicken base, and garlic. Bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover saucepan, and simmer, adding more water every hour, 5 to 6 hours.
Strain broth into a bowl and separate bones from the meat. Put meat and 1/2 of the broth in a blender; blend. Return blended broth to broth in saucepan and mix well.
Wrap your center cut pork chops with bacon and fix
Wash pork chops, pat dry and sprinkle
Brown pork chops in skillet, then place in baking dish.
Place 1 thick slice of onion on each pork chop.
Next, place 1 slice of lemon on each chop, then 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Top with 1 teaspoon of catsup on each.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes for thin chops or 45 to 60 minutes for thick chops.
Saut the onion in butter or margarine. Brown pork chops on both sides in separate pan. Layer sauteed onions, browned pork chops and onions in a 9 x 13 baking dish. In a small bowl, blend chili sauce, flour, salt, pepper and ginger ale. Pour mixture over pork chop/onion mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Spray an 8 x 12 pan with Pam.
Layer sliced white onions on bottom of pan (plenty of onions), then layer California long potatoes, 1/4-inch slices.
Cover with 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Layer center cut pork chops on top.
Add 1 more can of stewed tomatoes.
Put parsley flakes on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Place raw rice in bottom of casserole. Brown pork chops in hot skillet. Place pork chops on top of rice.
Arrange slices of tomato, onion and pepper rings on top of each pork chop.
Pour can of chicken broth over this. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.

Place pork chop in center of 1 piece of foil; salt and pepper. Next, place onion slices, then place the potato and carrot on top.
Fold the foil so you can fold the ends together and down. Place in oven on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Prepare one for each individual person.
Put raw rice and seasoning mix in casserole dish.
Brown pork chops in oil on both sides.
Place single layered on raw rice.
On each pork chop, place 1 slice each onion, green pepper and tomato. Pour beef broth over this.
Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Precook rice 8 minutes at Full power in microwave with 1 cup water; let sit 5 minutes.
Mix well together the rice, diced tomatoes, chopped green pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper. Place in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Arrange pork chops over the mixture.
Sprinkle each pork chop with salt; top with an onion slice.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Remove foil and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over pork chops.
Place green pepper ring and mushroom on top of each chop.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Spray a 9 x 12-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray (Pam).
Place 1/2 of potatoes in a layer in pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place pork chops on potato layer.
Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
Place remaining potatoes on pork chops. Mix soup and water together and pour over potatoes and meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Baste often.
Serves 6 to 8.
If using a thick pork chop, cut through the thick part to
Salt, pepper and batter pork chops (center cut).
Fry chops and drain.
Place rings of bell pepper 1/4 inch thick over chops.
In each ring, place 1 tablespoon of washed, uncooked rice.
Layer 1/4 inch raw potatoes, then a layer of onions.
Pour tomatoes over this.
If everything is not covered, add a little water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until potatoes and onions are done. Makes a full course meal.
Cut pocket in pork chop.
Add broth or water to dressing mix. Cook in microwave oven less than 1 minute.
Add grated apple and stuff pork chop.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
Can be cooked in an electric skillet on medium heat.
