Pork Chop And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 center cut pork chops (about 1/2-inch thick)
    4 slices onion
    4 slices green pepper
    4 slices fresh tomato
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's original long grain and wild rice
    1 can Campbell's beef broth-bouillon
Preparation
    Put raw rice and seasoning mix in casserole dish.
    Brown pork chops in oil on both sides.
    Place single layered on raw rice.
    On each pork chop, place 1 slice each onion, green pepper and tomato. Pour beef broth over this.
    Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
