Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    green pepper (bell)
    potatoes
    onions
    1 large can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and batter pork chops (center cut).
    Fry chops and drain.
    Place rings of bell pepper 1/4 inch thick over chops.
    In each ring, place 1 tablespoon of washed, uncooked rice.
    Layer 1/4 inch raw potatoes, then a layer of onions.
    Pour tomatoes over this.
    If everything is not covered, add a little water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer until potatoes and onions are done. Makes a full course meal.
