If using frozen Ahi add chili sauce to above bowl.
Add to the Ahi and very gently mix, not to break up Ahi.

Mix together the ahi tuna, minced onion, green onion, ginger, seaweed, macadamia nuts, sesame oil, and red pepper in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, for the flavors to come together. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter, spoon the ahi poke on top, and garnish with the cilantro.

Place the 'ahi in a bowl and mix
Cut Ahi into at least 1/2\" cubes - set aside & refrigerate.

Zest and segment the grapefruits; set aside.

Slice Ahi Tuna steak into small chunks
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium/low heat.
Add onions and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).
Add ahi, tomatoes, olives, basil and garlic; cook until ahi is opaque, stirring often, about 9 minutes.
Meanwhile cook linguine in a large pot of boiling water.
Drain well and put on warmed serving platter.
Spoon ahi mixture over pasta.
Garnish with capers and parsley.
Serve immediately.

Li Hing Mui Butter:
Warm butter until slightly soft, stir in li hing mui powder and nuts.
Refrigerate mixture until needed.
Makes 1/4 cup.
Ahi Steak:
Combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, and lime juice; marinate ahi in the lemon juice mixture for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat electric grill or broiler to 500\u00b0F
Drain ahi and grill for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a tablespoon of li hing mui butter on top of each steak.
Place under broiler until butter begins to melt.
