Ahi Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Maui onion, thinly sliced
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb. ahi, cut in 1-inch cubes
    4 plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    3/4 c. fresh basil, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. linguine
    4 Tbsp. capers
    Italian parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium/low heat.
    Add onions and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).
    Add ahi, tomatoes, olives, basil and garlic; cook until ahi is opaque, stirring often, about 9 minutes.
    Meanwhile cook linguine in a large pot of boiling water.
    Drain well and put on warmed serving platter.
    Spoon ahi mixture over pasta.
    Garnish with capers and parsley.
    Serve immediately.
