Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes.
Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
Makes about 8 servings.

In large plastic bag or bowl, combine Knorr(R) French Onion recipe mix and bread crumbs; set aside.
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Add chicken, one piece at a time, to plastic bag/bowl.
Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken is evenly coated.
On baking sheet, arrange chicken and bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
In a 2-quart casserole, combine potatoes and golden onion recipe soup mix, blended with milk, water and mustard.
Microwave covered at High (Full power)
9 minutes.
Stir in cheese and microwave 5 minutes.
Stir, then let stand covered 5 minutes longer.
And watch it disappear!
In large skillet, melt butter and stir in golden onion recipe soup mix thoroughly blended with sugar and cumin.
Add nuts and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until nuts are thoroughly coated with soup mixture and golden brown. Serve warm or spread nuts on baking sheet to cool.
Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon, onion, garlic plus parsley & saute until onion is soft & golden brown.
Add the beans, salt to taste preference & Creole seasoning. Reduce heat to low & cook gently for about 30 min or until beans are soft (Add a sml amt of water if needed to keep the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
HINT: Try pairing these beans w/my also newly entered Creole Meatloaf recipe & your favorite thick mashed potatoes. Yum!
In bread machine put ingredients in, in order given.
Select basic bread setting.
Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing: add 1 to 2 TBL. of water or flour if needed.

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter
In a medium sauce pan, bring chicken bouillon and 2.5 c of water to a boil. Add barley and cook on low, covered, for 45 minutes. Barley should be tender but still chewy with a firm bite.
Meanwhile, in a large stock pot combine: turkey, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion and garlic. Stir until turkey is well-distributed.
Simmer sauce over medium heat until turkey is cooked, about 30 minutes.
Add spinach and simmer an additional 10 minutes to heat.
Serve meat sauce over barley and top with Parmesan cheese.
