No-Peek Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms or 10 fresh mushrooms, quartered
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
    hot cooked noodles
    chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil and brown chicken over medium-high heat; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic, combined with onion recipe soup mix.
    Simmer, covered, over low heat for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
    Serve with not noodles; garnish with parsley.
    Serves 6.
