Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Preparation

Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in large plastic bag. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place one piece at a time in bag and shake until well coated.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
