To make Pear Sauce: In a
Quickly muddle mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice and add pear nectar, rum, lime juice, Simple Syrup and nutmeg.
Vigorously shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice.

Top the drink with club soda
Add sprig of fresh mint, lime wedge and pear slices.
Pour the brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, and pear nectar into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.
Combine pineapple concentrate, orange concentrate and pear nectar in a punch bowl.
Slowly add 7-Up.
Makes about 12 (6 oz.) servings.
Pour pear nectar, ginger beer and lime juice into a pitcher half filled with ice.

Combine the pears with apple juice and pear nectar in a large pot and cook for about an hour. Put the pears through a food mill or a large hole strainer,.
Put your smoothed pears with apple juice mixture and the remaining ingredients in a large crock pot. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, stir every 20 minutes and make sure that it doesn't scorch, until it reduces to a nice thick consistancy Can it or store in the refridgerator.
This is great spread on a english muffin.
COMBINE tea, pear nectar, lemon juice, and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
IMMEDIATELY stir in liquid pectin, return to full bioul. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off any froth.
POUR quickly into warm, sterilized jars, filling up to 1/4\" from rim. Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centrers. Let stand at room temperature until set.
