    1 ounce sake
    1 ounce vodka, ginger infused
    6 ounces pear nectar
    1 slice Asian pear, for garnish
Preparation
    Day before cocktails, prepare ginger-infused vodka.
    Fill highball glass with ice.
    Add sake and vodka.
    Fill glass with pear nectar.
    Garnish with asian pear.
