Bake golden butter cake according to directions. Let cool completely and split layers to make 4 layers instead of 2. While cake is baking, pour sour cream, sugar and 2 packages of frozen coconut into bowl. Stir mixture every now and then. Thaw remaining package of frozen coconut, reserving this for the top and sides. Frost and stack layers with the coconut, sour cream and sugar mixture. Mix limeade and sweetened milk concentrate in medium bowl until just blended. Whisk in food coloring.

Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.

Prepare both packages of instant pudding as package directs. Set aside.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
Mix dessert topping with pudding.
Pour half the pudding-topping mixture over crackers.

Mix 1lb hulled and cut strawberries with 2/3 cup glaze and 2TB sugar.
Mash with potato masher strawberry mixture so that some of the juice of the strawberries is released and mix.
Place strawberry mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
Whipped cream.
In a metal bowl beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with 1 tb of sugar and 1/4 tsp of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Spoon strawberry mixture into dessert shells and top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Dissolve jello in boiling water in a metal pan.
Remove 1/2 cup of this and put into bowl.
Add 1/2 cup cold water to jello in pan and place in freezer until thick (10-15 min.).
Add 1 cup ice cream to jello in bowl and stir until smooth. Place thickened jello from freezer in dessert dishes and top with ice cream mixture.
Chill for at least an hour and serve.

Top dessert with sauce as you serve it.
Add dollop of Cool Whip.
