In shallow casserole dish, mix oil with first 3 ingredients. Add potatoes and onion, turning to coat all sides.
Cook, covered, on high (350\u00b0) for 30 to 40 minutes until tender; push potatoes towards edge of casserole dish.
Cut each zucchini lengthwise into 2 pieces.

Grease casserole with butter. Put potatoes, carrots and onions in layers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Put dabs of butter over top.
Next, make hamburger patties; put on top.
Add a little water.
Cover and bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Wash and peel potatoes, boil until done and mash.
Add salt, pepper, butter and milk to taste.
Drain green beans.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Spread hamburger in bottom of a baking dish. Add beans on top of hamburger.
Add mashed potatoes on top of beans.
Cover potatoes with grated cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
Combine first 11 ingredients in large mixing bowl, mixing well. Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish, patting down for smooth top. Cover amply with cheese; cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
Butter casserole dish.
Layer the following:
sliced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, sliced carrots, peas, rice, ground beef and onion.
Mix the soup and water together, and pour over.
Bake without cover about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Brown beef and onions.
Drain.
Combine rest of ingredients with beef and onion.
Stir until cream cheese is smooth.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with biscuits and continue to cook until biscuits are done.
(Optional:
Put sliced olives on biscuits.)
Brown steak in shortening.
Remove from heat.
Stir flour, salt and pepper into drippings.
Stir in tomato soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to boil; cook for 2 minutes.
Arrange meat and vegetables in gravy.
Pour in casserole dish; cover tightly.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.
Cut steak into strips and coat with flour mixture; brown on both sides with half of shortening.
Saute onion in remaining shortening until tender.
Place meat in baking dish.
Pour onion and shortening over meat.
Put potato halves over onions.
Pour tomato soup over potatoes.
Add garlic.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Cook cubed beef in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove meat and add soup and noodles.
Cook until noodles are done.
Add remaining ingredients and the beef and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover with crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
