Baked Pork Chops(One Dish Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice
    6 pork chops
    2 (16 oz.) c. stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Pour enough uncooked rice in dish to cover well (do not use Minute rice).
    Lay pork chops on top of rice and season. Pour stewed tomatoes on top.
    Cut up any large pieces.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
