One-Dish Dinner With Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer, quartered or cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
soy sauce
3 large stalks celery
3 to 6 sprigs parsley
2 slices crystallized ginger, onion or garlic salt
Preparation

Rinse chicken; pat dry.
Put rice in flat ovenproof dish; top with soup.
Add small amount of water.
Season chicken with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Place over rice and soup mixture.
Top with celery, parsley and ginger.
Cover with foil; bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Uncover; add additional water
if necessary.
Broil to brown chicken.
