In a medium bowl, combine Nilla wafer crumbs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg; set aside. In a large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, blend Planters peanut oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
Stir in carrots and Planters pecan pieces.
Pour into well greased and floured 9 cup fluted tube pan.

Place 1 tablespoon of the wafer crumbs in bottom of each cup; cover evenly with pudding. Top with remaining crumbs.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish each cup with a fruit snack before serving.
Prepare Dream Whip according to instructions.
Set in refrigerator.
Separate eggs; put yolks in separate medium bowl. Stir; add milk.
Stir in lemon juice little at a time.
Fold in Dream Whip.

Whip egg whites; add 5 to 6 tablespoons sugar.
Spread on pie.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
Make sure cream cheese is soft, then beat all ingredients until nice and smooth.
Use foil cupcake liners.
Place a Nilla wafer in liner.
Fill liner about 3/4 way.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool.
Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
You may also use any flavor jelly.
