1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Place into oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally so that all pieces get even browning. Serve with steak or other favorite meat.
Blanch bugs in a small pot of water containing the teaspoon of salt for around two minutes.
Remove the tails ny tearing from the body as close as possible to the head without bringing any organs along.

Melt butter by microwaving in a cup for 30 seconds or so.
Add parsley, chilli sauce, crushed garlic, chilli flakes and pepper and mix well.

Mix Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Remove skin and excess fat from chicken breasts. Season chicken to taste with a blend of Morton's \"Nature's Seasons\" black pepper and Cajun King's Cajun herbed spice mix.
Melt margarine and mix with garlic.
Dip chicken into margarine and garlic mixture.
Then, dip into Italian crumb mix.
Place chicken into foil lined pan with crumbs.
If there is any margarine/garlic mixture left, pour over prepared chicken pieces.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce.
Place steaks in pan.
Slice onions and some mango on steaks, then cover with mushrooms.
Spread your favorite barbecue sauce over all.
Sprinkle Morton natural seasoning on top.

Measure the Morton's Tender Quick and white sugar into a small bowl mix well.
Place the meat into the bag or container.
