Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 c. Morton canning salt
    1 turkey
Preparation
    Pour Morton Tender Quick salt and Morton canning salt in a 5 gallon bucket with a lid.
    Add your turkey, then fill with water above turkey.
    Soak for 24 hours.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then turn down to 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
