Mix cake mix as recipe.
Pour over coconut and nuts in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan (Pam pan well first).
Melt stick of oleo.
Add cream cheese and sugar.
Drop by tablespoons over uncooked cake mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Will be gooey or bake for 1 hour for drier cake.
Bake according to mix or recipe directions.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Saute onion in olive oil until soft, not brown, set aside.
In the meantime, combine biscuit mix, first 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and buttermilk until smooth (will be sticky).
Spread into a sprayed 8\" or 9\" round baking pan or pie dish.
Mix together the cheddar and parmesan cheese combination and the egg.
Spread over the batter.
Sprinkle with the sauted onion and poppyseeds.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
Stir the mix to distribute chips and nuts evenly.
Combine with vanilla and eggs.
This creates a heavy batter.
Mix ingredients together and drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar.
Roll in ball and put on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
(May add nuts or chocolate chips to cookie mixture if desired.)
Mix thoroughly the first 5 ingredients.
Put small amount of crackers and oil mixture in a brown paper bag and shake. Continue until all crackers are coated.
Store in airtight container.

In a large soup pot ( or crock pot ) saute carrots, celery, and ham in olive oil.
Add tomatoes, chicken stock( or water) and bean and spice mix.
Bring to a boil. Cover partially, and reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender.
Cook pasta until al dente.
To serve:.Place pasta in the bottom of bowls and spoon hot soup over the pasta. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
Blend strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas, one at a time and according to taste. Place in separate containers after blending.
Using a tall glass, pour both mixes into the glass from opposite sides and at the same time. The drinks will separate cleanly in the glass.
Garnish with fresh strawberries skewered on straws and top with shredded coconut.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl, then stir in the melted butter and the cookie mix in a jar. Stir well to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Divide and roughly shape the mixture into 14 circles, well-spaced on a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 mins until just golden. Leave on the baking sheet for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Mix at room temperature egg yolks, sugar, milk, vanilla extract in big pot and simmer over low flame to melt sugar, mixing continuously.
Add Coco Lopez and continue to mix for about 15 minutes on low flame.
Add Rum and cinnamon sticks with water.
Mix everything on low flame for about 20 minutes.
Let cool and serve.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour dry cake mix into large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oils.
Mix well.
Add choc or peanut butter chips.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack. DO NOT OVERBAKE or your cookies will be hard. Store in airtight container.
NOTE* I sometimes use a lemon cake mix and sprinkle cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
ake jerk sauce: in blender, mix spring onions, coriander, garlic, ginger
Mix all ingredients until they're blended and beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a well-greased and floured 10\" tube pan or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
Cool in pan at least 15 minutes.
Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired.
***Cake can also be baked in a 13 x 9 pan for 50-55 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients well, and put by tablespoons on parchment-covered baking sheet. Press each cookie lightly with fork, Bake for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned around edges. Remove to wire cooling rack.
Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in crock pot.
Mix together the Italian Salad Dressing mix and water.
Pour over chicken and cover crock pot.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Meanwhile set out cream cheese-I like to cube it while it's cold.
When 3 hours is up, remove chicken and mushrooms with a slotted spoon.
Whisk the cream cheese with the liquid in crock pot.
When well incorporated, return chicken and mushrooms to crock pot and cover.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours on low.
Plate and shred fresh Parmesan to taste.
Serve.
With fork, stir together the baking mix and water to form a soft dough.
Turn out dough onto floured surface; knead 10 times. Roll out dough to 3/4-inch thickness.
Cut with 2-inch round cutter.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 biscuits.
Mix all ingredients together about 4 pm and let rise till 8 am next day. Bring dough together and let rest for 15 min. Flour cutting board liberally and fold dough over on itself making it into a round and cover with a floured towel. Let rise for 2 hours. Heat cast iron pot for 30 min till very hot and flop dough into it. Bake at 500 covered for 30 min then take lid off and reduce heat till 450 and bake another 15 min.
Mix dry and liquid ingredients in crock-pot.
Cut steak into small pieces.
Add to other ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 6.
